Husky Service AB privacy policy
1. Responsibility and contact
Husky Service AB, registration number 559551-9025, is the controller for the processing described here. Contact info@husky-service.se with questions or to exercise your rights. This policy covers price enquiries, customer contacts, expressions of interest in work and collaboration, and the technical functions described below.
2. Data we process
We obtain data mainly from you. For a price or service enquiry we may process your name, phone, email, language, addresses and coordinates, service, home size, access conditions, storage room, requested date, flexibility, RUT choice, estimate, messages and optional photographs. The address service may complete address details.
For Jobba hos oss we process contact details, town, driving licence details, experience, introduction and optional CV. For Bli underentreprenör we process the contact person's details and supplied business information, such as registration number, vehicles, areas served, F-tax and permits.
Technical data include, for example, IP addresses for abuse prevention, session identifiers, timestamps, language and calculator events. Events do not contain names or emails in their own fields, but may be linked to a saved enquiry and should not be considered anonymous.
Do not include identity numbers, sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people in messages, photographs or CVs. If information required for a function is missing, we cannot calculate or handle the enquiry through that function. You may contact us directly instead.
3. When a price enquiry is saved
For moving and combined moving + move-out cleaning enquiries, details and selected attachments are saved when you submit the final request. The estimate is then calculated on the server and emailed, without being displayed in the calculator. For standalone move-out cleaning, details and the estimate are saved when you select See price, even if you do not send the final request. The information is used to handle and follow up your enquiry.
Transport and other forms transmit their details when you use their send button. The moving calculator also keeps a draft in browser session storage so you can continue between steps. This is separate from server records.
The estimate is calculated automatically but does not confirm a booking or binding final price. Husky reviews the enquiry and confirms price and availability. The calculator does not make an automated decision that itself enters into a contract with you.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Price and service enquiries: necessary steps you request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Customer relationships: contract and applicable legal obligations, such as accounting and RUT, Articles 6(1)(b) and (c).
- Business enquiries and subcontractors: legitimate interests in responding and assessing collaboration, Article 6(1)(f).
- Job applications: legitimate interests in assessing suitability and conducting selection, Article 6(1)(f). No permanent candidate database.
- Abuse prevention and necessary technical operation: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f).
- Voluntary AI questions: your explicit consent through the consent box and send button for each question, Article 6(1)(a). This covers that question, not marketing.
Steps and events recorded by the calculator may be linked to a price enquiry. Husky limits their purpose to detecting technical errors, understanding usability problems and improving the calculator. This is separate from security measures and sales follow-up.
Events still recorded include starting, viewing steps, reaching the contact step, leaving the page and resuming. Flows displaying an estimate also record its display.
Each question requiring AI needs a separate, initially unticked consent box and submission of the question. You may decline and use the FAQs or contact us directly. Minimal consent evidence is retained for no more than 90 days: a random reference, timestamp, language and notice and policy versions. It contains no question, answer, IP address, contact details or link to a customer enquiry. For future use, simply do not give new consent; contact info@husky-service.se with the reference to withdraw consent or exercise your rights.
5. Technical services and recipients
The website is delivered through Sites. The server and D1 database use Cloudflare technology. OpenAI and Cloudflare are separate providers; D1 is a database service.
- Resend transmits form messages, confirmations and their attachments.
- Webador provides the domain email service. Husky manages the mailbox.
- Google Places receives address searches and technical session data to find addresses and coordinates, not the complete contact form.
- openrouteservice receives coordinates to calculate routes. That request does not include names, email addresses, CVs or photographs.
- OpenAI receives an expressly submitted question when the optional AI feature is used and no local answer is found. Instructions, approved service information and necessary technical data are also processed. Forms, attachments and database customer records are not automatically sent. Your question may contain data you enter.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for website statistics and performance, separately from the calculator’s own events.
We do not keep our own AI question history in the database. This does not mean that the provider has no technical logs. If you use WhatsApp or other external links, the respective service also processes that use.
6. Provider processing
Technical services may involve processing outside the EU/EEA. This policy does not assign a particular storage region or transfer mechanism to each account. Provider processing, logs and backups depend on the service and applicable terms. Contact info@husky-service.se to request information about recipients, international processing and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
7. Retention and deletion
Husky Service AB is responsible for the following maximum periods and manual management of expiry dates:
- Customer enquiries not resulting in a contract: no more than 12 months from the last relevant contact. Data no longer needed must be deleted, including related emails and attachments where applicable.
- Subcontractor expressions of interest: no more than 12 months from the last relevant contact. An active collaboration is handled separately.
- Unsolicited applications without active selection: no more than 3 months from receipt or the last relevant contact. They are not kept for future opportunities after that period.
- Active selection: data are deleted after the process ends when no longer needed. No permanent candidate database.
- Identifiable or linkable calculator events: no more than 90 days from each event. A new event does not extend an earlier event’s period.
- Active customer relationships and data needed for contracts, invoicing, accounting, RUT or other applicable obligations are assessed separately. The 12-month limit does not automatically apply to them.
Husky’s procedure is to record receipt, the last relevant contact, expiry and completed deletion, review upcoming expiry dates weekly and carry out an overall quarterly review. Deletion must occur no later than expiry; reviews do not extend the period. This is a manual procedure, not an automatic deletion feature.
For moving and combined moving + move-out cleaning, the browser draft is removed when the server confirms the final request has been saved. An ordinary draft can be restored if less than 24 hours old. If a submission attempt cannot be confirmed, a recovery copy, including selected photographs, is kept on the device for no more than seven days from its first save. Retries do not extend this period. The copy is removed immediately when receipt is confirmed. Expired copies are deleted automatically while the calculator is open or when it is next opened or reactivated. A closed or suspended browser cannot perform deletion until it runs again; expired copies are not used to resubmit the request. This does not delete a request Husky has already received.
Providers’ logs and backups have their own procedures; the periods above do not promise simultaneous deletion of every technical copy.
8. Your rights
You may request access and correction. Where the requirements apply, you may also request erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Applicable obligations, such as retaining accounting records, may limit these rights.
Contact info@husky-service.se. We may need to verify your identity proportionately. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We will update this policy if processing changes.
Consent for an AI question covers only that question. Contact us to withdraw consent or request erasure. A question already sent cannot be unsent; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
